The registration fee is $350. This fee covers the hotel conference room, AV equipment, breakfast, lunch, and nummies during breaks.
Special note for foreign nationals: Attendance by foreign nationals requires approval by the ORNL Personel Access Site system. Approvals for sensitive countries can take up to 6 weeks. Countries not on the sensitive nations list can take up to 15 days. For sensitive countries, please make sure that you register before March 8 to ensure adequate time for approvals. You can register after that date, but there is a chance it will not be approved. If not approved, the registration fee will be refunded. If you have any questions, please ask the organizing committee.
